Delivery

At TechGadgetry, we offer various delivery services based on the type of order you’ve placed. Orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Our products are delivered through our trusted partner, Yodel, and you may qualify for free delivery (see details below). The confirmation email you receive after placing your order will specify the chosen carrier and delivery method.

Shipping Methods

  1. Yodel Xpress 48: This service aims to deliver within 48 hours when ordered before 2 PM*. It offers free delivery for orders of £50.00 and above. For orders below £50.00, standard charges apply (£3.99).
  2. Yodel Xpress 24: This service aims to deliver within 24 hours when ordered before 2 PM*, with a charge of £5.99.

Please note that certain postcodes are not eligible for Yodel 24/48 Xpress. If you reside in an “Out of Area” postcode, we will provide alternative delivery options through Royal Mail, as follows:

  1. Royal Mail 2nd Class: This service aims to deliver within 48 hours when ordered before 2 PM*. It offers free delivery for orders of £50.00 and above. For orders below £50.00, standard 2nd Class charges apply (£3.99).
  2. Royal Mail 1st Class: This service aims to deliver within 24 hours when ordered before 2 PM*. It offers free delivery for orders of £50.00 and above. For orders below £50.00, standard 1st Class charges apply (£5.99).

*Please note that we process orders and coordinate with our carriers on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). If you place an order after 3 PM on a Friday, it will be processed on the following Monday (or the next working day), and delivery times will be adjusted accordingly.

For example, if you place an order at 4 PM on a Friday and choose Yodel Xpress 48, your order will be processed on Monday and delivered on Wednesday.

Additional Information:

  • Order processing is handled by our logistics partner, Ingram Micro.
  • Delivery times provided are estimates from the courier, and TechGadgetry is not responsible for any variations.
  • Depending on the selected delivery service, a signature may be required.
  • In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to use alternative couriers.
  • Saturday deliveries are subject to the courier’s discretion. Please refer to the tracking information provided for more details.
  • When signing for a delivery, you are accepting the condition in which it arrives. Please ensure that you check the item(s) before signing, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage once the item has been accepted.
  • If goods are returned to TechGadgetry due to a failed delivery, the cost of delivery is non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any additional delivery costs incurred for re-delivery.
  • Missing or delayed items should be reported as soon as possible by visiting the ‘My Account’ page.
  • All transactions are subject to UK VAT.
